TABLE TwoDProvenance

2D provenance information.

The TwoDProvenance table holds provenance information for 2D data items
(ie. twoDFrames or 'spectroscopic images').

Required constraints:
Primary key is (twoDFrameID,coTwoDFrameID)
(twoDFrameID) references TwoDFrame(twoDFrameID)
(coTwoDFrameID) references TwoDFrame(twoDFrameID)n
